Dear Patients,
I am writing to let you know of a small change to my retirement plans. I have decided to bring my retirement date forward and will now be stopping work at Christmas.
As many of you already know, Dr. Patrick Newsome will officially take over the clinic at the beginning of the New Year. I have received wonderful feedback from many of you, reassuring me that this has been the right decision. Dr. Newsome is keen, enthusiastic, smart and kind, and it makes me very happy to hand over my clinic into such capable hands.
Over the past six months, I have already had the opportunity to say goodbye to many of you. I want to sincerely thank you for the kind words, messages, and cards you have shared with me—you truly have no idea how much they have meant and the impact they have had on me.
Thank you for allowing me to walk alongside you on your health journey for the past 34 years. I am filled with gratitude for the trust you placed in me and for the relationships we have built over the years.
I wish you all the very best, a Merry Christmas, and good health always. And who knows – I hope to see you all somewhere on a beach in Mexico one day!
