Patient Portal Deactivation & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Switch

Dear patients,

Our current electronic medical record (EMR) program will be retiring at end of the year therefore we are required to switch programs.

We will be transitioning to MYLE by Medfar Clinical Solutions on May 15, 2023.

What does this mean to you?

Your medical records will be securely transferred to MYLE.

We will remain open during the transition however our appointment availability will be reduced to allow us to get trained and familiarized with MYLE. We are still here for you during this period, and we do not want you to delay necessary care. For non-urgent needs (i.e. complete physicals) you may consider booking after June 12th , 2023 to allow our available appointments to remain open for those with acute and ongoing chronic healthcare needs.

The current Patient Portal will be de-activated on May 3, 2023.  After May 3, you will not be able to access your current account to book appointments, receive messages, and view any lab results and documents. You may save them for your own records prior to this date.

MYLE has its own Patient Portal which will also allow you to book appointments, receive messages from us and view your health records. To use MYLE’s Patient Portal, you must create a new account. You may do so by clicking the link below:

We’ll start syncing your newly created account onto the EMR as of May 15, 2023. Please give us some time to do so. We’ll send more information regarding MYLE’s Patient Portal in the near future.

Our EMR is integral to providing care, so we request your patience as we all adapt to this new platform. Our EMR team is working hard to minimize disruption, and we are confident that MYLE will ultimately enhance your experience at Spectrum once we are settled in.
