Like many workplaces, at Spectrum we are now facing issues with sudden staff shortages and schedule changes due to the impact of the Omicron variant. As a result, the format of any upcoming appointments may change (in-person to phone or video) and less commonly appointment cancellations may occur on short-notice. Going forward, we will be notifying you via email if a change to your appointment is required. If you have an appointment soon, please monitor your email account leading up to your appointment day/time. We know how important it is for you to access care when you need it, and that sudden changes can be disruptive. These changes are made only when necessary to keep everyone safe by following public health guidelines. We understand that you may be waiting longer than usual to see your healthcare provider, or on hold a little longer while calling. We are doing our absolute best to minimize disruptions to care and request your ongoing patience and kindness as we navigate these challenges together.
